Welcome to
Motivational Metamorphosis
A lot of us are living with the whip of "should" on our back. We're relying on toxic fuel to move ourselves forward, while in the process damaging our internal environment that is with us for our whole lives. And most of us aren't 100% unstuck. There are places in our lives where we are in ambivalence, one foot on the pedal and one foot on the gas, spending double the energy just to not even act, and this phase tends to last a while.Take a nuanced look - when it comes to the things you DO in your life, how much of it comes to you naturally, and how much of it are you "powering through"? How much of the difficult, effortful, possibly long-term things you work on come from forcing yourself, and how much of your power do you draw from your own reasons and from what's important to you? What have you been putting off, and living in the ambivalence of?When you ask yourself why you do what you do, about the things you wanna continue doing or stop doing, (or do more or less of), how deep and how slow does your thinking tend to go?For most of us, it's a few rapid and automatic thoughts, glossing over this and that and jumping to conclusions, hitting imaginary dead-ends that are accepted as true and not updated for a while in the process. Thoughts that sprint through the surface as if trying to avoid the depths it would have to experience if it slowed down, as if you would stop covering distance in your life if you dared inquire.Poet Hafız says, "there are many unopened gifts from your birthday".
Here happens the work of self-discovery, finding the untapped motivational wellsprings within you, your unused, unopened gifts, that by default you are deserving of.Potential is not always actualizing itself creatively, positively, and productively, but it is always actualizing itself. Chances are, the sources of your greatest strengths are not actively helping you, they may in fact be unused, and for a lot of us, our potential is simply burdening us and there's no getting rid of that without figuring out how to have it be on our side.No matter what issue or what goal is the topic, no matter what actions we're trying to adopt or replace,
The heart of all our work is Behavioral Change, and the path to that heart is Self-Discovery.
Although we are certified to work in every aspect of wellness, we do have certain advantages. One of them is due to our training from an extra program developed by Dr K of Healthy Gamer, which has to do with video games. Video games carry an addictive potential, with people glued to their screens for hours and days, spending thousands of hours on them. There's no denying that there's powerful motivations involved in this process. Video games can hook you if it's a good match, but in doing so they tap into existing motivations within you, and that provides us clues for your untapped motivational resources within, that can be channeled into creating sustainable and quite impressive action for your use in real life. (you can visit Quantic Foundry's gamer motivational profile for the research)Another one is something I decided to dive deep on, in order to be prepared for whatever comes my way when doing live demonstrations of this coaching, in public speaking situations. It wasn't hard to find a topic that would surely be relatable to every human being in the room (and outside). They say certain things connect people, such as music or food, but really what brings together 100% of people is procrastination.
If you'd like to understand your procrastination, to solve it and act right when it's just an error, or to hear its point and its wisdom when it's correct in ways you couldn't see before, and to push you into right action either way instead of continuing the ambivalence and the energy drain.

Our process
Sessions happen over Google Meets (or optionally on Discord or Zoom). The framework we rely on primarily, is a scientifically backed and empirically supported technique called Motivational Interviewing - which was developed in 1980s and improved since - along with others such as Transtheoretical Model (Stages Of Change) and Self-Determination Theory and more. Our main coach also teaches meditation, as it is an activity that has been shown to help with all manners of things - each action we take has multiple chains of consequences, and in this way meditation is a gold mine, seeming to go a long way in helping us in the short-term and long-term, while also having a notorious reputation as a habit that many have trouble getting a good start on and also keeping up. We aim to enable you to jump-start it, and give you a diverse starting point so you can explore what works for you in it, alone or together. All guides here have been trained and certified by HGI - Healthy Gamer Institute, where he foundation trains and graduates their students to the standard of NBHWC (National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching), the highest authority of certification for this work.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional in your country. Our work can be a powerful addition to other support you may be receiving, but it is not clinical care. If you are in a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.
